1. Introduction
Welcome to The Content Catalogz (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and related services (collectively, “Services”).
By engaging our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service or purchasing a service package from The Content Catalogz, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance indicates that the Client cannot dispute or reject these terms after services have commenced, including but not limited to, project outcomes, timelines, fees, and responsibilities outlined herein.
3. Scope of Services
The Company will provide Services as outlined in your chosen service package or as agreed upon in writing. All services will be performed professionally and to the best of our ability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to all necessary assets, information, and approvals required for the delivery of Services. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and outcomes.
5. Fees and Payment
Service Payments:
All services must be paid in full prior to commencement. Payments can be made securely via our business website or through another agreed-upon method. Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.

Monthly Subscription Packages:
For clients on monthly subscription plans, payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis. If a client chooses to cancel mid-month, The Content Catalogz will retain the full payment for that billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time, and the cancellation will take effect the following month, provided the required 14-day notice has been given.

Contract Commitments:
Early termination of fixed-term contracts (e.g., 3-month or 6-month packages) will incur a 30% cancellation fee on the remaining contract balance. This ensures coverage for pre-scheduled work, planning, and resource allocation.

6. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
No-Shows:
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session (including but not limited to strategy calls, consultations, or content reviews) without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show. In this event, the payment for the session will be retained in full, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.

Cancellations Within 1 Hour:
If a client cancels a scheduled session less than one hour before the agreed start time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This reflects the time reserved and preparatory work completed.

Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule a session up to one hour before the scheduled time with no penalty. Any reschedule requests made within one hour of the appointment may still be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will hold ownership of the final deliverables. The Company retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to achieve optimal results, The Content Catalogz cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased engagement, follower growth, sales conversions, or other performance metrics. Social media and digital marketing involve numerous external factors, including platform algorithm changes, market shifts, and audience behaviour, which may affect results. The Client acknowledges that these elements are beyond the Company’s control.
9. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Client. Likewise, the Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of our strategies, methodologies, and intellectual property.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice as per the terms of the service agreement. In the event of termination, the Client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Content Catalogz from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our Services, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
